NORFOLK, Va. - The Lady Monarch lacrosse team is instituting a Player of the Week this season, calling it the "Mane Monarch".
This weeks winner is junior Shelby Davis. Davis has started every game in her two-year career so far on defense. She has one career goal and earned CAA All-Freshman team honors in 2010.
