NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University lacrosse student-athletes, Jordynn Collins and Shelby Davis were named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll, the IWLCA announced Tuesday.
A native of Monrovia, Md., Collins appeared in 10 games last season, scoring her first career goal against American.
A rising junior from Elmira, N.Y., Davis started all 15 games last season for the Lady Monarchs on defense. She has started all 30 games in her career.

The IWLCA honored 187 student-athletes from 65 different institutions with inclusion in the 2011 Academic Honor Roll. All student-athletes were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically.
The Lady Monarchs have started fall practice in preparation for the 2012 slate, which begins at home against Louisville on Feb. 26.
