SUFFOLK, VA-- ODU rising sophomore John Dawson teammed withJack Babashanian to win the 36th annual Spivey Rentals Golf Classic Championship flight. Head coach Murray Rudisill teammed with ODU Hall of Famer J.P. Leighto take second in the Seniors Flight.
Dawson and Babashanian finished the three-day best ball event with a 197, defeating the team of Seth Norman and Karson Hill along with Preston Leigh and Newsome by two strokes.
Rudisill and Leigh finished with a 201 score which was also two strokes behindthe team of Bleiler-Hughes.
