HARRISONBURG, Va. - Old Dominion University women's lacrosse opens Colonial Athletic Association play on Friday at James Madison before hosting George Mason on Sunday.

Old Dominion (1-7) is led offensively by Lisa Bernardini who has 22 goals and eight assists on the year. She is tied for 32nd nationally in goals scored per game and ranks third in the CAA.

Rebecca Hartrum is second on the team with 11 goals and 14 points while Sarah Wright has seven goals, four assists and 11 points.

Sarah Geary has made 76 saves in goal, picking up 28 groundballs and causing 17 turnovers. She leads the CAA and is tied for fourth in the nation in groundballs per game.

No. 9 James Madison (7-2) will be the third-straight top-10 opponent for the Lady Monarchs, as they faced No. 7 Virginia and No. 4 North Carolina in their previous two games.

The Dukes are led by Casey Ancarrow who has 22 goals and seven assists on the year. Mary Kate Lomady is second on the team with 18 goals and 10 assists.

Alex Menghetti has started all nine games in goal, recording 60 saves.

George Mason is 3-7 on the year and comes to Norfolk on Sunday. The Patriots host William and Mary Friday night.

GMU is led by Emily Ellisen who leads the team with 22 goals and three assists. Anna Kopecka has chipped in 15 goals and one assist.

Brittany Pastrana has started nine games in goal and is second in the CAA with 94 saves.

The Lady Monarchs will host George Mason on Sunday starting at 1 p.m.
