NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University tennis split the singles matches with UNC Wilmington but UNCW won the doubles point to take a 4-3 win Friday afternoon at the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center.
Arina Alilueva and Margarita Belyakova picked up ODU's only doubles win at No. 3 with an 8-5 victory.
Joanna Dobrowolska continued her solid singles play with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Olga Blank.
Margarita Belyakova gave ODU its second win of the afternoon with a come-from-behind 3-6, 6-4 (10-4) win at No. 5 over Chelsea Kahle.
Juliana Pires also delivered a come-from-behind three-set win at No. 4 with a 3-6, 6-3 (10-5) triumph over Kelly Cameron.
The Lady Monarchs are back in action tomorrow night when they host Hofstra at 6 p.m.
