NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University women's lacrosse hosts American in the home-opener Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Powhatan Sports Complex.
The Lady Monarchs opened the season with a 12-7 loss at Louisville on Monday while American is 1-3 on the season following a 17-14 loss to Richmond on Wednesday.
Junior Lisa Bernardini led ODU with three goals while Meredith Rogers and Sarah Wright each had a goal and an assist. Sarah Geary made 11 saves in goal.
Chiara Speziale leads American with eight goals while Kimberly Collins and Samantha Marshall have seven goals apiece. Kaska Komosinski has played all but one minute in goal, making 22 saves.
ODU goes back on the road Wednesday, March 9 to take on Richmond.
