PINEHURST, NC-- Monarch senior Sam Wall (Essex, England) shot 70 today and is tied for second place, just one stroke behind Brian Churchill-Smith of Eastern Michigan after one round at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate.
As a team, ODU is eighth with a 298, seven strokes behind first round leader Eastern Michigan.
Freshman James Brockington (Oxfordshire, England) is tied for 24th after firing a 74 today, while Neil Henderson (North Berwick, Scotland) and Thomas Wilde (Berkshire,England) are tied for 47th with 77's.
