WILMINGTON, NC-- Sophomore Thomas Wilde (Berkshire, England) finished with a 54 hole score of 229, Sam Wall (Essex, England) at 230 and Seth Norman (Virginia Beach, VA.) at 234 to lead the Monarch Golfers to ninth place at theSeahawk Intercollegiate Golf Tournament.
Wilde finished tied for 27th, while Wall tied for 30th and Norman 38th. UNCWilmington, the host school won the event by four strokes over Liberty as ThomasBass of UNCW won the individual medalist honors.
The Monarchs return to action, March 8 and 9 at Palmas Del Mar Collegiate in Puerto Rico.
