WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The Old Dominion women's basketball team, winners of six of its last seven games, travels to William & Mary on Thursday for a 7 p.m. contest at Kaplan Arena. The game will be broadcast live on WSKY TV, Comcast SportsNet+ and ESPN Radio 94.1 FM.

John Castleberry and Cal Bowdler will call the action for WSKY (Channel 4 in the Hampton Roads area), while Tony Mercurio and Susan Montgomery will be on the call for ESPN Radio.

The Lady Monarchs (12-6, 6-1 CAA) have won 50 straight against the Tribe and 20 consecutive games in Williamsburg. The 50 straight wins is the second longest active steak over an opponent in Division I women's basketball, trailing only Stanford's 51 consecutive wins over Washington State.

Old Dominion, which is currently in a three-way tie with VCU and UNC Wilmington for the top spot in the CAA standings, is coming off an impressive 71-43 victory over Towson Sunday. The win gave Lady Monarch head coach Wendy Larry her 600th career victory, making her just the 20th Division I coach to reach the historic 600-win plateau.

William & Mary (2-15, 1-6 CAA) is coming off its first league win of the year Sunday as the Tribe upended George Mason 69-57. Taysha Pye, who ranks fourth in the CAA in scoring at 17.9 points per game, tallied a game-high 25 points against the Patriots. The win snapped W&M's nine-game losing streak.

The Lady Monarchs have not lost to the Tribe since the 1974-75 seasons when they suffered a 70-67 setback. Old Dominion is 3-0 in league road games this season and has won 11 of its last 12 CAA road games dating back to last season.
