The defeated Maryland-Eastern Shore Thursday night, 81-39. All but one Monarch scored led by
Trian Iliadis with 14 points, Keyon Carter with 13 points and Frank Hassell with 12. Hassell got his
third double-double of the year, while junior Chris Cooper hauled down an ODU-Constant Center
record of 16 boards. The Monarchs outrebounded UMES, 64-28. The 64 boards is a Constant Center
record and just seven shy of ODU overall team record. ODU scored the first 18 points of the game and
the last 13.
