SERIES RECORD VS. RICHMOND

  • ODU leads, 28-22
  • Richmond defeated ODU, 67-60 in Richmond last year.
  • Since 2005-06, UR has won three of the five meetings.
  • While UR has never beaten ODU in the Constant Center, the Spiders last beat ODU in Norfolk, 77-73 in two overtimes during the 2000-01 season played at the Norfolk Scope arena.

ODU defeated Xavier in the Paradise Jam Championship game and will also play Dayton here in the Constant Center on Dec.11. Richmond's Kevin Anderson will be the third Opposing Conference Player of the Year to come to the Ted. He joins Georgetown's Austin Freeman (BIGEAST), and High Point's Nick Barbour (Big South), who were both pre-season picks.
