NORFOLK, Va. - The ODU Monarchs open the regular season Friday night when they host the 20th ranked Hoyas of Georgetown at 7 p.m. in the Ted Constant Convocation Center.
ODU returns four starters from last year's 27-9 squad that won the CAA title and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Monarchs were 15-0 at home last year and have won 23straight at the Ted which currently ranks fourth in the nation behind Kansas (59), Siena (38), and Xavier (24).
