NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University men's soccer returns home to the ODU Soccer Stadium Wednesday night when they host James Madison in a key CAA match at 7 p.m.
Old Dominion comes into the game with a 7-5-2 overall record and is 3-3-2 in CAA play. JMU is also 7-5-2 overall and has a 2-4-1 conference mark.
The Monarchs are currently 28th in the latest NCAA RPI.
The Monarchs are led offensively by Jordan LeBlanc, who leads the team and is tied for seventh in the CAA with five goals and is tied for 10th with 11 points.
Chris Harmon and Gideon Asante are tied for second on the team with four goals and two assists apiece.
Goalkeeper Evan Newton is fifth in the CAA with a 0.88 goals against average and is tied for fifth with 48 saves.
James Madison is led by CJ Sapong, who is second in the CAA in points, with 26, second in goals with nine, and leads the league with eight assists.
Paul Wyatt and Patrick Innes are tied for second on the team with four goals and three assists apiece.
Ken Manahan has started every game in goal, posting a 1.16 GAA and 56 saves.
The Monarchs finish up the home portion of the schedule on Saturday, when they host Northeastern at 7 p.m.
