NORFOLK, Va. -- Here's your chance to join the ODU football frenzy and get into the Blue! A limited number of six game ticket packages are available that include six home dates featuring VMI, top 20 power Cal Poly, and start-up Georgia State (does not include the William and Mary contest on Sept. 18.)
Less than 500 tickets will go on sale Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 10 a.m., at www.coxtix.com , or by calling 1-888-3COXTIX. Six game packages are located in section 121 of the stadium and priced at $120 per person. Seat locations will be based on best available and filled based on purchase date and time.
Games include:
Sept. 4 - ODU vs. Jacksonville - 6 p.m.
Oct. 2 - ODU vs. Gardner-Webb - 6 p.m. (Family Weekend)
Oct. 9 - ODU vs. Cal Poly - 6 p.m.
Oct. 23 - ODU vs. Georgia State - 2 p.m. (Homecoming)
Nov. 6 - ODU vs. Savannah State - 2 p.m.
Nov. 13 - ODU vs. VMI - 3:30 p.m.
Fans that purchase the 6-game packages will be provided priority status on the waiting list for season tickets in 2011 and can improve their opportunity to receive season tickets by joining the Big Blue Club. Memberships support athletic scholarships and a donation levels begin at the $100 level and benefits include parking and tailgating privileges. While tickets are limited for 2010, fans are encouraged to join ODU's football ticket waiting list at http://www.odusports.com/tickets/tickets-football.html. Should single game tickets become available, waiting list members will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets prior to public sale.
