WILMINGTON, DE-- Laura Knorr Moliken ('92), a two-timeAll-American at ODU will be inducted into the Delaware Hall of Fame tonight.She will join 272 previous inductees enshrined at the Delaware Sports Museum.

Knoor played for the Lady Monarchs from 1989-92. She scored 35 goals as a seniorwhich ranked her fifth natonally in scoring that season.

Knorr completed her career with 79 career goals, 13 assists and 171 career points.She was named second team All-American in 1991 and 1992. She was also a two-time NCAA All-Tournament selection in 1990 and 1992.

She was named first team All- CAA in 1991 and 1992 as well as All-South region.Knorr helped lead the Lady Monarchs to the CAA titles in 1991 and 1992 as wellas NCAA crowns in 1990, 1991 and 1992. The Lady Monarchs compiled a 98-4-1 recordduring her four years.

After graduation, Knorr was named field hockey coach at William Penn in 1995 and ledthe Colonials to the 1997 state championship game. Her record in four seasons was45-18-8.

Laura became head field hockey coach at Ursinus College in 1999 and built the Bearsinto an NCAA powerhouse. In 11 seasons, her teams made six straight NCAA tournamentappearances, winning the Division III national championship in 2006 with a 21-3record, for which Knorr earned National Division III Coach of the Year honors.

Laura graduated from ODU with a degree in health and physical education.

Moliken is the fourth coach in Ursinus field hockey history. The Bears, who began play in 1919 and were the nation's preeminent team from that time through the 1970's.

Laura and her husband Gabe have three sons, Ryan, born in June 1999, Max, born in April 2001 and William born in December 2004.
