PUERTO RICO-- ODU senior Eric Onesi (Bear, DE.) fired a 70 in today's second roundand finished 36 holes with a 144 just two strokes behind the leaders at the Palmas Del Mar Intercollegiate.
As a team, ODU moved up to second from yesterday's fourth place finish. ODU is 10strokes behind leader USC Upstate who is at 274. ODU and St. John's both shot 285in today's second round.
Two Monarchs are tied for 11th. Both Sam Wall (Essex, England) and Seth Norman (Virginia Beach, VA.) are at 147. Normanfired a 69 today, while Wall shot 72.
There is a three-way tie for first with Mike Ballo of St. John's, JD Guiney of Rollins and Josh Gallman from USC Upstate. All three are at 142.
Neil Henderson (Bradenton, FL.) rounded out the Monarchs top 15 players with a 148.
