WILLIAMSBURG - ODU's Eric Onesi (Bear, DE.) fired a 67 (-1) today to win the Joe Agee Invitational Golf Tournament at Colonial Heritage Golf Club. He finished with a two-day score of 141, beating Brandon Parker of W&M by one stroke. Onesi, who reached the NCAA Regionals last Spring came into the final round tied for 15th.
As a team, ODU finished second to Delaware by two strokes. The Monarchs compiled a 580, after shooting a blistering 286 on the final day.
Sam Wall tied for 12th after shooting 145, while Tom Wilde and Tory Henderson tied for 18th after shooting 147. Seth Norman also shot 73 today to finish at 149 and27th overall.
ODU competes in the Mizuno Intercollegiate, Oct. 19 and 20 in Savannah, GA.
