CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The ODU Monarch sailors finished in 15th place at the College of Charleston Coed Spring Intersectional this weekend, with 301 total points after 12 completed races.
In A division action, junior skipper Katrina Williams sailed with freshmen Rachel Pokorny and Miles Martschink and finished 16th. Williams skippered ODU to three top ten efforts including a second place finish with Pokorny and an eighth with Martschink. The A division boat totaled 159 points.
Thomas O'Bryan led the way in B division sailing, with crew Arianna Baker and Martschink. The Monarchs posted 142 points in B division sailing, including a win and five top ten finishes.
ODU finished with 301 total points, just two back of Wisconsin for 14th.
