GREENVILLE, SC--Old Dominion Freshman Thomas Wilde (Berkshire, England) shot a 74 today and is tied for tenth at the 40th annual Furman Intercollegiate. He is just five strokes behind the tournament leader, while The Monarchs are ninth, just 10 shots off the leader North Florida.
Because of the rain storms in the area, the tournament has been shortened to two rounds and willbe completed Sunday.
Neil Henderson (Berwick, Scotland) and Jeffrey Long (Centreville, VA.) are tied for 33rd, eight strokes back and Matt Rendell (Reading Berks, England) is nine back at 78. Junior Eric Onesi (Bear, De.) shot a 36 on the front nine, but a 43 on the back for a 79. WIlde shot 37 on the front and back.
