My brother, Andrew Cameron
Why did you choose to attend ODU?
Very few people get to know what it’s like to play on a first year team. Awesome major to pursue here (supply chain and maritime), along with great facilities and staff.
What has been the biggest difference between high school football and college football?
The dedication to the small things in the weight room and on the field
What has it been the best part about being a member of ODU’s first football team in over 60 years?
Just being able to experience something new
If you could play another position what would it be and why?
Strong safety so I could be fast and lay hits at the same time
Favorite sports other than your own?
Volleyball and basketball
After meeting Coach Wilder for the first time, what were your thoughts?
How did he learn to inspire and excite people so easily with his words?
After meeting your position coach for the first time, what were your thoughts?
I thought about how he would be able to teach me a lot more about the defense as a whole.
Do you have a pre-game ritual, if so what is it?
Loud music, little background noise, visualize how the game should be
What is your funniest memory from an ODU practice thus far?
Coach Martin telling me that I was slower than molasses

Mario Williams because I’m a beast like that
