CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Old Dominion men's and women's swimming and diving teams finished in fourth at the 2008 Davidson Invitational. The Monarchs and Lady Monarchs did not compete on the third and final due to pool conditions.
The women's squad finished with 385 points. Host Davidson won the invite with 786.5 points followed by Gardner-Webb (688), North Florida (474), and Old Dominion. Limestone placed fifth (380.5) followed by Georgia Southern (321), North Carolina A&T (130), and Campbell (120).
The men's team collected 566 points. Host Davidson won on the men's side with 840 points followed by Limestone (662), and Gardner-Webb (616).
The Old Dominion men's and women's swimming and diving teams return to the pool on Saturday, December 6th against George Washington.
