FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - Folarin Campbell scored 25 points, including a career-high five 3-pointers, and George Mason defeated Old Dominion 86-53 Wednesday night to stay unbeaten at home.

Campbell scored 17 in the first half for the Patriots (14-5, 6-2 Colonial Athletic Association), who shot 58 percent for the half. John Vaughan added 17 points, and Will Thomas had 14 points and 12 rebounds -- his eighth double-double of the season.

Gerald Lee led Old Dominion (9-11, 4-4) with 11 points. Ben Finney added 10 for the Monarchs, who went 8-for-30 from the field before halftime and shot just 33 percent for the game.

Freshman Frank Hassell led ODU with seven rebounds, followed by BenFinney with five. Darius James added nine points with three assists.

Campbell hit 3-pointers to begin and end a 17-0 run that helped George Mason build a 46-23 halftime lead. The Patriots led by as many as 35 points in the second half.

ODU travels to William and Mary Saturday night to take on the Tribeat 7 p.m. The game will be televised live on WSKY4 in Hampton Roads.
