NORFOLK, VA - September 18, 2007) TED TiX, which sold tickets for events at the Ted Constant Convocation Center, is being rebranded as "COX Tix," as part of a naming rights agreement between Cox Communications and facility operator Global Spectrum. "COX Tix" will now be the official ticketing company of the Constant Center, the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and Old Dominion University basketball.

"We're very excited to rebrand our ticketing company with a wonderful partner in Cox Communications," said Global Spectrum Regional Vice President Doug Higgons. "Cox Communications presents us with tremendous opportunities to generate new customers and sell tickets."

"COX Tix" is powered by New Era Tickets, a full service ticketing company which enables its clients to sell branding and marketing opportunities such as naming rights.

"COX Tix" provides tickets and many unique and special offers to its customers exclusively via the Internet at a new website coxtix.com and a new telephone number at 1-888-3-COXTIX, and at Tidewater Sports & Collectibles locations. Tickets will also be available at the designated venue's box offices through "COX Tix." Tickets can continue to be purchased through each facility's website via constantcenter.com and sandlercenter.org.

In addition to the naming rights for "COX Tix," Cox Communications will have the opportunity to offer its customers exclusive VIP access to order a limited number of tickets in advance of a public sale for select events.
