RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore Charleen Haarhoff (Durban, South Africa) and junior Fernanda Luiz (Belo Horizonte, Brazil) both earn All-State honors as announced Tuesday by the Virginia Sports Information Directors Association (VaSID) on Tuesday.
