ANNAPOLIS, MD-- Junior skipper Bobby Noonan (Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.) tookthird at the Laser South Regatta and qualified for the MAISASinglehandeds, Oct. 7-8.
ODU also took fourth at the St. Mary's Open and qualified for theWar Memorial, Oct. 28-29 at Kings Point (NY.). ODU's A division boatof Mike Brown and Jenica Ryan were sixth with 92 points, while theB divison boat Michalis Eleftheriou and Wick Smith were fifth with 97 points.
Noonan compiled 64 points in 14 races. He had two firsts and two secondsin the regatta.
