CHARLESTON, SC. - The Old Dominion University women's sailors placed14th at the Intercollegiate Sailing Association's (ICSA) national championships. After18 races in both A and B division, ODU compiled 395 points. Host College of Charlestonwas crowned national champion with 207 total points.
Sailing A division for ODU were skipper Cara DiSanti (Seacliff, NY.), and crewAlissa Ayres (Trenton, NJ.), Jaci Finney (Hampton, Va.) and Jenica Ryan. They placed14th with 194 total points. Alana O'Reilly and Susan Lintern of the College of Charleston won A division with 98 points.
Sailing B division for ODU were Mo Castruccio (Pleasanton, CA) and Elyssa Albert (Leesburg, VA.). They tallied 201 points for 13th spot. Taylor Grimes and BeccaLevinson of Stanford won the division with 97 points.
