Saturday the conditions saw light winds from the South at 5-7 knots before dropping in the afternoon to 3-5 knots with adverse currents. Sunday's conditions proved to be not much better as the morning's 6-8 knot breeze from the South Southwest diminished resulting in postponement by noon and eventually calling the regatta at 2:15.
The Sailing Monarchs are back in action this weekend as they travel back to Maryland to compete in the St. Mary's Women's Intersectional.
