WILLIAMSBURG, VA--Greg Sampson (Warren, RI.) and Stan Guerrero (Tijuana, Mexico) finished in the top ten to lead the Monarchs of Old Dominion toa third place finish at the Joe Agee Invitational. ODU finished with a three-roundscore of 871, just six strokes behind tournament champion George Washington.
Individually, Sampson shot a 215, including a 68 today to finish five back of BrianCarroll of GW. Stan Guerrero shot a 216 and freshman Matt Watson (Chesapeake, VA.-Western Branch HS-) finished at 217 for 12th spot. ODU returns to action this Friday at the Mission Inn Collegiate in Orlando, Fl.
