ANNAPOLIS, MD--Old Dominion University sailing Monarchs are in 16, 17 and 18th spot after two races in the Navy Laser Open at the U.S. Naval Academy Saturday. Due to very light winds, only two races were held in A Division.
Charles Higgins (Arlington, TX.) is in 16th spot with 28 points, while David Tunnicliffe (Pittsburgh, PA.) has 29 points for 17th spot, and Bobby Noonan (Ft. Lauderdale, FL.) is 18th with 31 points. Andrew Campbell leads the regatta with two points, followed by Alex Steele of St. Mary's College.
