ALEXANDRIA, VA -The Old Dominion sailing team finished third at the MAISA Women's Dinghy Championship, hosted by Georgetown University, with 101 points. Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH) and Emily Bartlett (Annapolis, MD) finished 1st in A division with 25 points, while Maureen Castruccio (Pleasanton, CA) and Shannon Kernan (Virginia Beach, VA) finished 6th in B division with 76 points. Navy won the overall regatta with 83 points, one point ahead of Georgetown. The top eight teams qualified for the Atlantic Coast Women's Championship next weekend at the College of Charleston.
