"I think they're playing much better as a group. Individual players have grown and matured this year. They're playing a lot better right now. We struggled to put the ball in the basket."
On the CAA Tournament being at ODU:
"I like to play in the environment with the biggest draw. The fans support the kids whether ODU's playing or not. ODU has been a powerhouse for so long and I think everyone in the conference is trying to close that gap."

"Anytime you give five great seniors the opportunity to go all the way, it is a special night. I hope all of them take away something special from tonight. Let's not forget that the most important thing is that we have five young ladies with degrees from Old Dominion."

"You come to Old Dominion and feel a great, great pride putting that uniform on. Players take and keep that pride. We constantly hear from significant players from the past and it gives the players a want to play. Those lessons are best taught by their colleagues; they have to come from their teammates."

"It was very emotional for me. These people have grown to be my family and I love each one of them individually. I appreciate being apart of the legacy of this team and Old Dominion, and sincerely appreciate every minute out there. First half it didn't hit me but the second half really did, knowing that this might be the last time I hit the floor."
