NORFOLK, VA - The Old Dominion Sailing Team is 4th overall after the first day of the Navy Fall Women's Intersectional with 131 points. The event is taking place in Annapolis, MD. In A division, Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH) and Christabelle Fernandez (Virginia Beach, VA) lead the A division with 40 points. ODU is 11th in B division with 91 points, with Cara DiSanti (Seacliff, NY) and Rachel Wright (Rochester, NY) participating. In C division, ODU is 5th with 67 points with Maureen Castruccio skippering (Pleasanton, CA).

In the MAISA Men's Singlehanded Championship at King's Point, NY, Charles Higgins (Arlington, TX) is 11th overall with 126 points, David Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH) is 13th with 134 points and Bill Berg (Longwood, FL) is 16th with 169 points. The Monarchs are also competing in the Hanbury and the Hobart/Wm Smith Fall Intersectional, but results are not yet available. All events will conclude on Sunday.
