INDIANAPOLIS---The NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Committee has determined the competition dates for the 16 first- and second-round and four regional sites for the 2004 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship. Dates for the Mideast Regional at the Ted Constant Convocation Center have been set for Sunday, March 28th and Tuesday, March 30th.
The following sites will host first and second round games Saturday, March 20 and Monday, March 22:
* The Pit/Bob King Court (15,983) University of New Mexico - Albuquerque, New Mexico
* McKenzie Arena (12,000) University of Tennessee at Chattanooga - Chattanooga, Tennessee
* St. John Arena (13,276) Ohio State University - Columbus, Ohio
* Adams Center/Dahlberg Arena (7,321) University of Montana - Missoula, Montana
* The Liacouras Center (10,206) Temple University - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
* The Thunderdome (6,000) University of California, Santa Barbara - Santa Barbara, California
* Tallahassee Leon County Civic Center (11,682) Florida State University - Tallahassee, Florida
* Wells Fargo Arena (14,141) Arizona State University - Tempe, Arizona
The following sites will host first and second round games Sunday, March 21 and Tuesday, March 23:

* Pete Maravich Assembly Center (13,340) Louisiana State University - Baton Rouge, Louisiana
* Cassell Coliseum (10,052) Virginia Polytechnic Institute - Blacksburg, Virginia
* Cameron Indoor Stadium (9,314) Duke University - Durham, North Carolina
* Bridgeport Arena at Harbor Yard (8,754) Fairfield University - Fairfield, Connecticut
* Williams Arena (14,625) University of Minnesota, Twin Cities - Minneapolis, Minnesota
* Joyce Center (11,418) University of Notre Dame - South Bend, Indiana
The East Regional at the Hartford Civic Center (15,024) in Harford, Connecticut, hostedby the Big East Conference, and the West Regional at the Bank of America Arena (10,000) inSeattle, hosted by the University of Washington, will be Saturday, March 27 and Monday, March29. The Mideast Regional at the Ted Constant Convocation Center (8,639) in Norfolk, Virginia,hosted by Old Dominion University, and the Midwest Regional at the Lloyd Noble Center(11,528) in Norman, Oklahoma, hosted by the University of Oklahoma, will be Sunday, March28 and Tuesday, March 30.
The 2004 NCAA Women's Final Four, hosted by Tulane University, will take placeSunday, April 4 and Tuesday, April 6 at the New Orleans Arena (17,841) in New Orleans.
