"These are the kind of games you expect to see in a tournament. Down the stretch we finished on the foul line and that is what we didn't do in our self destruction at their place. Kim (Giddens) did a great job on the boards tonight. We have some pretty tough guards and we had to keep constant pressure on the boards.
On tomorrow's game:
"The first thing we have to do is rest. The next thing we have to do is be poised. Wins do incredible things for people, they give tremendous confidence."
ODU Freshman Center, Corrina Turner:
"We still have a game to play tomorrow and that will be more satisfying because they beat us as well."
JMU Head Coach, Kenny Brooks:
"I am very proud of the effort we gave tonight. People were stepping up and trying to overcome. We gave everything we had, and for that, I am proud of them. We got offensive rebounds that we did not connect on and they got offensive rebounds that they put back and finished."
On Shareese Grant:
"She executed and did a good job. We give her credit and tip our hat to her. She made some good shots with a hand in her face and that is what we wanted to force her to do.

"We went out there and tried to make a run of it, we fouled them to stay in the game and they made their free throws."
