Doors open at 6 p.m., followed by the games, both at 7 p.m.
Dora the Explorer is a featured pre-school show on Nickelodeon Jr., and features Dora, a bi-lingual 7 year old. Dora uses her knowledge of the Spanish language to communicate with her friends, overcome obstacles and reach her goals. The cartoon show is among the most-watched preschool shows on television, earning strong ratings with its target market of children, 2-5 years of age. Dora helps children in the toddler and preschool age group learn colors, counting, and words in Spanish and English. Young viewers are urged to participate in a variety of ways including shouting out words and reminding the characters of certain tasks.
