Wendy Larry, ODU Head Coach:
"In the first half I thought we worked so hard but we weren't coming out, it is just so frustrating. We are trying to get our bench some quality minutes but they need to give positive production. I thought we attacked and ran the ball but we need to do a better job keeping them off the boards."
"Okeisha (Howard) plays hard, she did a really fine job keeping the floor. She is still a great three point shooter but we need her to look for the long ball more often."
"I keep telling the team that sometimes you have to let your defense be your highlight"
Okeisha Howard, ODU Guard:
"I figure I will lay back on the three point shot and do what I am good at, which is penetrating."
"Having three games in one week can be good because too much rest can hurt you. We are just getting into the flow. We just want to keep going because we want to keep our chemistry."
Felisha Legette-Jack, Hofstra Head Coach:
"We have a team that is young, but we are going to keep fighting. We respect Old Dominion and I told my players that you can respect all and fear none. We tried to punch it in and slow it down. Okeisha (Howard), Shareese (Grant), and Mo (Coker) make it difficult to have a slow game."
"Old Dominion is an amazing team and I think they will make the CAA conference proud in the stretch."
