NORFOLK, VA-The top-seeded Old Dominion men's soccer squad will be in action on Friday night at 7:30 in the semifinals of the CAA men's soccer championship. Old Dominion will take on the winner of the VCU/ George Mason game from Thursday night.
The tournament quarterfinals will begin tonight, with fourth-seeded VCU and fifth seeded George Mason opening play at 5 p.m. William & Mary, the third-seed, will take on UNC-Wilmington in the 7:30 game. James Madison, which finished second in the CAA and received the other first-round bye, will be inactive until Friday night as well.
Old Dominion will be looking to capture their first CAA Championship since 1991. This is the second time in three years that the Monarchs have been the top seed.
Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for students.
