NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 4) -- Join Big Blue and his mascot friends on Saturday, Jan. 6 at his annualbirthday party celebration when the Monarchs take on American at 7:35 p.m.at the fieldhouse. Fans of all ages are invited for free cake and ice creamat 6:30 p.m., courtesy of Kroger, sponsor of the Big Blue Buddies. Mascotswill be available for autographs during the party and then at half-time,the mascots will play basketball at a level you have never seen before.
The game is one of Old Dominion's family fun nights on the schedule. Afamily of four can be admitted for $30, which includes tickets to the game,four hot-dogs, four sodas and four popcorns. You must purchase your ticketsat the ticket window at the night of the game and ask for the family funpackage.
