NORFOLK, VA.-- The 26th annual Stihl Soccer Classic, originally scheduled for Sept.14 and 16 with four teams, will now be a single game featuring Old Dominion University and Syracuse Saturday night at 7 p.m, at the Old Dominion Soccer Stadium. The College of Charleston and the University of Pennsylvania withdrew from the tournament as a result of the tragic events in our nation.

Syracuse enters this weekend's game with a 2-1 record. The Orangemenhave beaten Colgate and Adelphi, countered only by a loss to Boston College.The Orangemen are led by freshman Jarrett Park, who has five points in the threematches.

This will be the home opener for the Monarchs who will be going for theirfirst win of the season after three straight losses by one goal. Sophomore AttilaVendegh (Bratislava, Slovakia) currently leads the team and CAA in scoring withfour goals and one assist.

Ticket prices for Saturday's game is $4 for adults, $3 for military and seniorcitizens and $2 for groups of 10 or more.

As a result of the loss of one game in the tournament, Old Dominion willadd High Point to its regular season home schedule on Monday night at 7 p.m.
