Kim Decker was a three-time NFHCA All-American goalkeeper and earned first-team All-CAA and all-region honors as a senior. As a freshman in 1992, she did not allow a goal in the NCAA Tournament en route to an ODU National Championship. She still holds the NCAA single-season Division I record for goals against average with a 0.13 GAA in 1992, and shutouts, with 21. She is the Division I all-time career leader in minutes with 6,803, second in shutouts with 56 and tied for ninth with a 0.79 GAA. She was a two-time NFHCA National Academic Team member and graduated with a degree in teacher prep in 1996.
