Celeste Hill was a key part of the Old Dominion Women's Basketball team where she earned player of the year honors three times. While on the team, the Monarchs collected a record of 72-46 overall. In Hill's last two seasons, she helped lead the Lady Monarchs to a perfect 28-0 in league play. 

On top of her all-conference accolades, she was also named as the CAA Most Valuable Player in 1994, Player of the Year for the state of Virginia, and Kodak District III All-American honors. Was also named rookie of the year her freshman season. 

Hill's name still appears high in both the Old Dominion and CAA record books where stands fifth at Old Dominion in all time leading scorer (2,112) and rebounding (1,124) and third in steals (327). For the CAA, Hill leads in scoring average (17.9), is second in all time scoring and scoring average in a season (20.5). She also was the first Lady Monarch to lead the team in scoring and rebounding all four years. 

Hill went on to play professionally overseas for Ano Liosia in Athens, Greece and Ramat-Chen in Ramat Gan, Israel from 1998-2000.

Currently, Hill still resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and son.
