NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men's basketball program and WTKR/WGNT 27 are proud to announce a new partnership which entails a weekly show that takes a deeper look into the ODU basketball program. 'The Old Dominion Full Court Press' show will air every Wednesday night on WGNT 27 from 7:45-8:00 p.m. ET, starting this week on September 22 and will run through the end of the basketball season.
'The Old Dominion Full Court Press' features behind-the-scenes, exclusive content that ODU fans can only see on the show. Learn more about ODU's players and coaches, both on and off the court and follow along with the team as the Monarchs chase a championship in 2021-2022.
"I'm really excited about partnering with WTKR for The Old Dominion Full Court Press show," said ODU head coach Jeff Jones. "The concept is designed to be a lot of fun and provide Monarch fans an opportunity to really get the know our players' personalities and experience behind the scenes footage of our program. This is definitely not your typical coach's show."
WGNT 27 serves the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia and the Outer Banks region of northeastern North Carolina. WGNT 27 is part of Norfolk-licensed CBS affiliate WTKR (channel 3).
