NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion women’s lacrosse hits the road for its last game of the regular season as the Monarchs take on Vanderbilt on Saturday, April 26.
The game begins at 12 p.m. at the Vanderbilt Lacrosse Complex, where fans can stream the game through ESPN+ with live stats also available.
Old Dominion looks to snap its five-game losing streak and keep its American Athletic Conference Tournament hopes alive after falling to Temple last weekend at home by a 13-9 score. The Monarchs are 8-8 overall with a 1-4 conference record.
Vanderbilt is coming off a 20-6 win over Lindenwood in its last road game of the season last weekend, as well as an 18-9 win against Xavier on Wednesday. The Commodores are 8-8 with a 3-3 AAC record.
With an ODU win and a Temple loss, the Monarchs will make the AAC Tournament it hosts in Norfolk next weekend.
Leading scorer Sarah Murrell hit 42 goals in the season last weekend after scoring four against Temple, and she continues to lead in draw controls with 77. Payton Kisling and Mackenize Raech are tied for caused turnovers with 15 each, while goalie Brynn Bowen holds 121 saves with a team-high 34 ground balls.
